Charles, Sandra and Freed had a great conversation at our WP Buffalo breakfast last Thursday at The Original Pancake House in Williamsville. Among other things we discussed:
- SPAM emails offering SEO and website support
- Achieving all green scores on Google Lighthouse
- Finding freelance work
- Using Upwork as a source of clients
- Establishing ourselves as experts in our chosen niche
- Accountability buddies and body doubling
- How to maintain a steady income while building a freelance business
- Our Thanksgiving events
The Original Pancake House has been an institution in Williamsville for over 50 years and includes a diverse menu of cooked breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Loaded waffle and a cup of coffee, anyone?
Interested in meeting us for one of our breakfast meetups? We meed bi-weekly throughout the year normally on Wednesday or Thursday. Times change based on the host’s availability, and we try to hit a new spot regularly. We’ve been doing this for two years now, however, so we’re re-visiting some of our favorites. If you have a coffee shop or a part of WNY you’d like to meet in, message Freed on LinkedIn and let’s arrange it!
